You can explore as a guest: look around the map, use the Beam and choose public interest categories. Sign in to create veacons, join invite-only categories, create private ones and use account-based discovery features.

TS Studio requires a verified organisation. We help people who want to test get set up—contact us to request Studio access. Register in the app and confirm your email, then use the same login for Studio. Alternatively, use your Apple or Google account in both the app and TS Studio; no separate email confirmation is needed.

The app is for discovering content and quick creation on the go. TS Studio is the companion web dashboard for richer authoring: custom shapes, 3D volumes, schedules, categories, adaptive content, assets and permissions. Same account, same data.

Yes. You can bring your POIs, stories and audiences into Espy without commissioning a separate app. Tell us about your project to discuss publishing and Studio access.

Yes. You can create content in the app with an account. Studio access requires a verified organisation; if you want to test Studio for a creator project, contact us and we’ll help you with the setup.

A Brandbook configures the appearance of an Espy experience, including colours, fonts, logos and map styling, for eligible accounts. It is applied through a Space and loads immediately when you switch to that Space in the app. You can belong to multiple Spaces, with one active at a time. A separately published app with its own listing is a white-label or custom-app project. Compare the three ways to use Espy.

Spaces keep each client’s veacons, categories, members and statistics separate. Give collaborators per-space permissions and switch between client workspaces in TS Studio. Invite guest organisations, such as sponsors, and let them publish in the categories you authorise. Explore Spaces.

Yes. Espy can provide a working foundation for a custom interface, features and workflows, with Transceiver^® powering the geospatial layer. Scope and delivery depend on your project; tell us what you need.

No physical beacons are required. Veacons are virtual content items placed on a map and discovered using device location. The experience is designed for outdoor, GNSS-enabled use. Horizontal and vertical accuracy depend on the device and environment. Use elevation bands that allow for positioning uncertainty; exact indoor vertical matching is not a supported assumption.

Point clearly towards the area and try pressing and holding to reach farther. Check the categories you follow, or aim elsewhere. There may be no matching content there yet. If “3D spatial discovery” is on and device altitude is available, the Beam also follows your phone’s tilt: a veacon above you may require pointing your device up. Geofence-only veacons have no body for the Beam to find; they use arrival notifications.

Mute or unsubscribe from noisy categories, choose Official veacons only, or turn proactive discovery off to discover on demand with the Beam.

Some veacons play an audio clip on arrival, such as a location story. Turn this off under Settings → Content → Play audio in background.

Yes. Categories can be private, invite-only, public or official. Invite-only categories use QR invitations. People can mute a category without leaving it.

A veacon is a location-linked content item. It connects a story, useful information or a digital resource to a place, with rules for how it can be discovered.

Mounting switches a veacon on so it can be discovered, subject to its rules and schedule. Unmounting switches it off reversibly. New veacons start unmounted.

You can edit a circular signal radius in the app. Custom polygons and 3D volumes are drawn in TS Studio and open read-only in the app.

A veacon can show different authored content for time, weather, temperature, distance, language and age. In TS Studio, build ordered blocks with conditions and a fallback. Espy selects the matching content; it does not automatically rewrite or translate it.

Schedules define recurring active intervals, including selected weeks of the month. Expiration sets the end of a veacon’s lifetime. A silence interval controls the minimum gap between notifications to the same person.

Assets are digital items: text, images, PDFs, audio, video, votes, 3D/AR models or vouchers. Actions can open another content block, grant an asset or request a digital-asset donation. Grants and donation actions require moderator review.

No. These actions transfer digital assets, never money. A private security code restricts donations to the intended asset.

A voucher holds individual codes, such as promotional codes, gift certificates or entry passes. When you receive one, your code appears in Assets. Tap to copy it, or redeem it if the issuer enabled that option.

Highlights reports views in the results sheet, opens of full content and reactions. Explore 7-day and 30-day totals, trends, popular and quieter content, and weekly patterns. It provides engagement insights, not individual visitor identification.
