Each Space keeps its veacons, categories, members and statistics together, separate from other Spaces. Agencies can manage different clients; organisations can give each experience the team and content it needs.

Your team manages the programme and visitor information. Invite a sponsor’s organisation as a guest and grant it publishing rights in a dedicated sponsor category. Its team can contribute its own stories or offers within those permissions.

You decide the roles and category access, so collaborators can contribute to the same experience with clear boundaries.

Can someone belong to more than one Space?

Yes. A user can be a member of multiple Spaces, but only one Space is active in the app at a time. Selecting a Space switches the experience to that Space.

How does a Space apply its branding?

When a user selects or switches to a Space, its Brandbook is loaded on the fly and applied immediately. There is no need to restart the app. Explore Brandbooks to see how to edit the appearance interactively.

How do we get started?

TS Studio requires a verified organisation. Contact us to test it, organise your first Space and discuss the permissions your team and guest organisations need.
